Payment policy

1. Terms of payment

- The payment is required to be done in euros or dollars.

- A deposit is required within 7 days after the booking time to secure the reservation (following 30 days before the day of arrival)

- Deposit includes 40% of the total package price.

- Full payment of 100% package price shall be paid by arriving to Maldives.

- Deposit payment is required to be made by bank transfer.

- Full price payment can be made by bank transfer or cash payment.

- Failure to pay on time may result in the reservation being canceled and the deposit forfeited.

- Additional amount for sea view will be charged for 15 euros / dollars per night, per room.

- Additional amount for half board with included lunch will be charged 15 euros / dollars per night, per person.

- Additional amount for full board with included lunch and dinner will be charged 30 euros / dollars per night, per person.

- Additional amount for solo guests will be charged for 300 euros / dollars.

- Cruizera is providing the option of sharing room for solo guests, if both of solo guests would agree and in that case the guests will pay the standard package amount.

- Cruizera is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during bank transfers. Any extra charges imposed by your financial institution in relation to the transaction are the sole responsibility of the sender. We recommend verifying with your bank regarding potential fees before initiating the transfer.
