Terms and conditions

**1. Liability:**

Our travel company Cruizera works with the utmost care and diligence to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests. However, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances orevents beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations or acts of thirdparties. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being for the duration of the trip.

**2. Definitions:** 

- "Guests" refers to persons who have booked and are participating in our travel packages.

- “Cruizera” refers to our travel agency.

- "Maldives" refers to the destination country of our travel packages.

- "Serbia" refers to the country of origin of our guests.

**3. Insurance:**

It is strongly recommended that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of luggage and other unforeseen circumstances. Our company does not provide insurance cover for guests and is not liable for any costs incurreddue to lack of insurance.

**4. Other terms and conditions:**

- All guests are required to abide by the laws, customs and regulations of both Serbia and theMaldives.

- Any additional services or activities not included in the original booking may incur additionalcharges.

- Itinerary details, accommodation and other arrangements are subject to change without priornotice due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.

- Guests are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, such as passports andvisas, and for complying with entry requirements for both Serbia and the Maldives.

- Our company reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply with our termsand conditions or whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.
